Peter L Mansbridge & Son Limited is a family business started by Peter and his wife Kathy, in 1984. At that time we employed two other people and carried out groundwork and civil engineering work around Oxfordshire, mainly on MOD establishments.
In 1990 their son, Paul joined and created the partnership Peter L Mansbridge & Son. The company continued to prosper working for a variety of well known contractors in Oxfordshire and the surrounding counties. Their daughter, Julie joined the business in 1998 and the company became Limited in 2004.
The company now employs approximately 20 people, all from the local area. We are committed to achieving a safe working environment and delivering a good quality service to our customers, which we attain by following documented procedures and policies and by investing in our staff. We also are committed to ensuring a sustainable future by minimising our impact on the environment.

July 2009 - We have successfully completed an assessment for the Investors in People Standard. We are extremely pleased to have been awarded this as a recognition of our commitment to the training and development of our staff.
